"Unfortunately, when it was delivered, USPS delivered it in our mailbox, and it was sitting there for awhile. By the time we opened it, it was couple days later and here in Arizona it was hot in temperature and it tasted weird. So we didn’t take a chance and had to throw it away. I did send an email concerning this issue but until now I haven’t gotten any response… I do not want to cancel my subscription, we want to continue to support but please is there anyway we can resolve the problem? and it would be great if I can have a replacement for me and my family can have a chance to enjoy the jeesauce with our tortillas … thanks"
